Nadi Mouneimne is a Partner with the firm whose practice focuses on the prosecution and defense of civil claims on behalf on individuals, businesses and corporations. He has obtained early dismissals of complaints on behalf of his clients through summary adjudication and California’s Anti-SLAPP statute. Nadi also prosecutes and defends personal injury actions, intellectual property (trademark and copyright) disputes, homeowners/condominium association matters and the interpretation of CC&Rs, privacy issues, and security disclosures. He is well versed in eDiscovery and regularly advises clients and corporations on his systematic approach to protecting an organization’s data during the eDiscovery process. He is familiar with the integration of technology into trials and discovery.
